The first 2 runs were good, the third I struggled with the breathing and had to walk twice. The last run, I tried to give it my all but had to walk once for 5 steps due to lack of breath. My fastest time improved by 5 seconds so I was happy with that, I was pretty pissed that I went over 2 minutes. I had 2 goals: 1) Improve on my fastest time and 2) To keep all my times under 2 minutes. I also wanted to run to the point of throwing up, but I guess I cannot mentally get to that point.

2 minutes rest after each run.

In runs 3-6 I walked some of it. This was pretty disappointing. Next time I do this WOD, I want to do it all without walking any part of it. You would really think that 2 minutes rest you would be pretty recovered, but towards the end of the work out you are still breathing little hard at the end of the break.
