Start with 4 burpees and do 4 burpees every minute on the minute.

2 minutes longer than the last time I did this. Done in my garage where it was 95 degrees.

45 second PR. No conditioning work outs in a while, just strength; so I guess that is working. WOD done at a hotel in Anaheim, CA.

3 seconds off my PR. My legs are still recovering from the 300 lunges that I did like 4 days ago. As a warm up I ran for 15 minutes. Not bad time none the less. WOD done at a hotel in Fullerton, CA.

The squats took more time than I thought they would. They were supposed to be body weight squats, but I scaled down. Row sucked as usual, but the burpees weren’t too bad. After I worked on my Squat Clean in singles: 115#, 125#, 135#, 145#, 155#, 165# failed. I got the 165# way high enough, just did not get the elbows underneath fast enough.

Rx’d weight was 95#, but I did it at 65#s. This was ROUGH! Total of 64 burpees.
