It was supposed to be 100 Pull Ups, but I scaled that to 50. You had to finish the one station before you went to the next station, so I couldn’t break things up Cindy style. I was hurting when I got to 50. I also used the Green band for the pull ups. Running after the 100 push ups was also no joke. Sit ups weren’t a problem. When I got to 50 squats I was about to call it quits, and scale those to 50 as well. But, another member at the gym, Amy, helped me through them. She counted them for me, and she counted my breaks. I don’t think I would have finished without her help. She is an amazing athlete.
