
Shoes
You may have read my post on running, shoes, and recent technology. Since learning about these things I have changed my foot wear that I wear most of the time.
Here are the shoes I wear to work pretty much every day, Puma Roma Nubuc:

As you can see there is very little support in the sole. Here are the shoes I use to work out in:

As you can see with these Nike Air Zoom Hayward + 3 they are pretty flat. However, they do have air in the soles and I will soon switch these out for Adidas Adizero’s. Honestly, until now I didn’t know they had air in them. I’m such an idiot.

When ever I walk Buda (my dog) I wear these. They force you to walk properly, and not be a heel striker. Surprisingly they are more comfortable to walk on ground that is not covered in concrete or asphalt. I am not saying grass or anything like that, even pebble stones are more comfortable to walk in than the road. These shoes also help with running and they help strengthen the muscles in your feet.
