01/03/2011
Breakfast: 4 eggs and 3 strips of bacon. 1 cup of black coffee with some cinnamon.
Lunch: Steak salad, double meat and guacamole. No dressing.
Snack: About a cup of beef jerky.
Dinner: About 12-14 ounces of shrimp, tons of water. 2 Ferro Roche chocolate balls (idiot!).

Breakfast: 4 eggs and 3 strips of bacon. I cup of black coffee with some cinnamon. 2 oz.s of Sprite (idiot!).
Lunch: About 1lb of almond crusted Tillapia. Also had 2 Ferro Roche chocolate balls…. Pathetic.
Dinner: About 1 lb of steak and about 8 ounces of broccoli and bacon. Had a sip of Sprite and a bite of chocolate after dinner. Also had a fist full of macadamia nuts. Also drank 8 oz.s of Dr.Pepper (moron!)

Breakfast: 4 Eggs and 3 strips of bacon. Half a cup of black coffee.
Lunch: About 1lb of almond crusted Tillapia with some Siracha.
Snack: 4ozs of Salami and some mixed melon and grapes.
Dinner: About 16 ozs of pork tenderloin, had half a bar of dark chocolate.

Breakfast: 4 eggs and about 8 ozs of pork tenderloin. 1 Cup black coffee with cinnamon.
Lunch: Steak salad, no dressing, double meat and guacamole. 2 squares of dark chocolate.
Dinner: 2 Lettuce wrapped burgers with mustard, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions. 1/2 lb of cherries.

Lunch: Steak salad, no dressing, double meat and guacamole. 2 squares of dark chocolate.
Dinner: Mongolian BBQ. Lots of meat and veggies, and 3 eggs.

Late Lunch: 4 Eggs and Bacon. Had this around 4pm.
Dinner: Beef short ribs, french fries, and butternut squash. Had poached pears and ice cream for dessert. Had a lot of chocolate throughout the day.

Dinner: Chicken fajitas. Chicken and veggies only. 2 squares of dark chocolate.

Dinner: 2/3lb of salmon and half and acorn squash. 2 squares of dark chocolate.

Dinner: About 1 pound of pulled pork, and some veggies (onions and carrots).
Snack: Had about a cup of cashews and macadamia nuts throughout the day.

Dinner: Flank steak about 3/4# and half a cantaloupe, and 6 ozs of black berries.
